We do more than just Hog Roasts!!!!

Friday through to Saturday we cooked 4 lamb roasts ‘ Hoggets’ to be precise. If you’ve not heard the term before think of hogget as juvenile sheep. Not lamb / and not mutton. A hoggets age typically ranges between 11 to 24 months and weights range from 27 to 43kg ++. As nice as lamb is its nothing of that compared to a hoggets deeper fuller flavour. And the upside is there is more to go around – Or there would be if it wasn’t so delicious and everyone keeps comming back for seconds / thirds 🙂

Across the events we ran this weekend alongside the above we also cooked whole salmon / mackeral. Whole chicken ( proper chicken) 7lb wrapped in foil with lemon Chicken served whole or half absolutely amazing.
